1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website, platform, or service operated by Humziq (SMC-Private) Limited ("Humziq", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Humziq is a SECP-registered company headquartered at 427 Block 15, Street 13 Dastagir, Karachi City, Sindh 75590, Pakistan.

2. Services

Humziq provides the following products and services:

  • Spatiq — AI-powered AR commerce platform (pay-as-you-go credit model, no subscription)
  • WorkLedger — Workforce management SaaS platform
  • Custom e-commerce development — Online store design and development
  • AR integration services — Adding AR capabilities to existing businesses
  • SaaS product development — Custom software built for clients
  • API development — Backend and integration services

3. Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Spatiq uses a one-time, pay-as-you-go credit model. Credits are purchased in packs (Trial, Starter, Growth, Studio) and never expire. There is no recurring subscription. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • WorkLedger is billed on a recurring per-user, per-month basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
  • Custom development services are invoiced per project agreement, typically with an upfront deposit and milestone-based payments.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card information.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the client's responsibility.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Service Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our SaaS products without written permission.
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of our services.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and materials on our website and platforms — including Spatiq and WorkLedger — are the intellectual property of Humziq and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership is transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in the project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humziq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platforms. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement at any time. For WorkLedger subscriptions, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period upon cancellation. For Spatiq, unused credits are forfeited upon account termination due to a terms violation — no refund is issued. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms immediately and without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
