Refund & Service Policy

1. Overview
This policy covers refunds and service delivery for all products and services offered by Humziq (SMC-Private) Limited, including Spatiq (AR commerce platform), WorkLedger (workforce SaaS), and custom software development and e-commerce store services.
2. Spatiq — AR Credit Packs
Spatiq operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model with no monthly subscription. You purchase a one-time credit pack and use credits at your own pace — they never expire.
Credit Packs
- Free — 1 credit included, no card required
- Trial — 3 credits for $9
- Starter — 10 credits for $25
- Growth — 50 credits for $99
- Studio — 150 credits for $249
No Refunds on Credit Purchases
All Spatiq credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Because credits are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, we do not offer monetary refunds on any credit pack once purchased — regardless of whether the credits have been used.
Automatic Credit Refund on Generation Failure
If an AR 3D model generation fails due to a platform error on our end, the credit consumed for that generation is automatically returned to your Spatiq account balance. This is a credit reinstatement — not a monetary refund.
Free Plan
The free plan includes 1 credit at no charge. No card is required and no refund applies.
3. WorkLedger — Per User / Per Month Subscription
WorkLedger is billed on a per user, per month basis with the following plans:
- Starter — $5 / user / month (up to 25 users)
- Professional — $10 / user / month (up to 100 users)
- Enterprise — custom pricing (unlimited users)
First-Month Refund — 7-Day Window
If you are not satisfied after subscribing for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
Renewals
Monthly renewals are non-refundable. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation.
4. Custom Development Services
Custom software, e-commerce store development, and AR integration projects are governed by a project agreement signed between Humziq and the client. The following general terms apply:
- Deposits: An initial deposit (typically 30–50% of the project value) is required to begin work. Deposits are non-refundable once development has commenced.
- Milestone payments: Payments made upon milestone completion are non-refundable for work already delivered and approved.
- Project cancellation: If a client cancels a project mid-way, they are liable for the cost of work completed up to the cancellation date. Any overpayment beyond the work completed will be refunded.
- Revisions: Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.
5. Service Delivery
- SaaS platforms (Spatiq, WorkLedger): Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. All services are delivered digitally — no physical shipping applies.
- Custom projects: Delivery timelines are agreed upon at the start of each project. We communicate proactively if any delays arise. Typical delivery time is 2–8 weeks depending on project scope.
- E-commerce stores: Completed stores are handed over digitally via deployment or source code transfer as agreed. Setup and onboarding support is included for 14 days post-delivery.
6. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a delivered service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues. Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to our services.
